Full Time — Remote Online Advertising & Paid Search Manager

What you’ll do here:
  • You will lead If I Made’s planning, strategy, execution, and measurement of all paid media and advertising investments for marketing campaigns.
  • Synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, and optimize on key findings to achieve business goals & objectives
  • Develop and lead the processes for continuous optimizations and incrementally testing
  • Measure and evaluate ability of campaigns to deliver on performance objectives and inform ongoing investment decisions
  • Identify new channels of opportunity to invest and find incremental user growth with strong ROI.
  • Set & manage channel KPIs, budgets and forecasts across multiple channels, campaign types & funnel steps
  • Work with our marketing team to create and implement a full-funnel strategy from audience selection to ad creation and everything in between for customers in every step of the sales journey
  • Individually handle full day-to-day campaign launch, maintenance, optimization and general management for multiple paid social and search accounts
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and annual performance reporting with the ability to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions to internal If I Made stakeholders.
We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have significant experience in managing, creating, and optimizing paid media and advertising by building high converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.
  • You have exceptional analytical and strategic thinking and ability to develop and present buying and optimization recommendation
  • History of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing a Paid Media and Advertising program with six figure budgets on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • History of driving customer acquisition through Search, Paid Social, Display, Video and other Digital Marketing channels
  • High level of sophistication and experience with all aspects of Facebook and Retargeting campaign management and optimization. Facebook includes prospecting, retention, remarketing, DPA, custom audiences, lookalikes, etc.
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn, adapt and be nimble in a startup environment
  • Ability to gather insights from data and foresee new opportunities and next steps from analysis, and present in meaningful way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to both visual and analytical audiences.
  • Creative and proactive problem solver with the ability to quickly resolve obstacles.
  • Naturally curious, always digging into the why behind performance results and looking to surface key business insights.

Full Time Social Media + Affiliate Manager

List of Duties:
  • Repurposing content for use on social media channels
  • Working with marketing manager to coordinate calendar of social messaging with email marketing messaging
  • Using sales copy from our copywriter and implementing all social channels including Facebook Instagram
  • Creating compelling content for Instagram and possible other social media channels
  • Daily posting on all channels in line with the If I Made brand aesthetic and voice
  • Lead the affiliate program during our multiple launches throughout the year across all different industries
  • Craft pitches and other outreach to new affiliate partners
  • Track collaborations and connections and keep our connection database updated
  • Draft and publish communication to our partners via email and in the partner Facebook groups
  • Schedule and lead all Affiliate Partner sessions and support If I Made in gathering resources for sessions
  • Be a cheerleader for our affiliates by encouraging and nurturing them during live launches
  • Check in on the partner Facebook groups and email accounts to answer questions, on-board new affiliate partners, and assist our current affiliate partners with any questions or concerns
  • Schedule and lead all Affiliate Partner sessions and support If I Made in gathering resources for sessions
  • Research potential podcasts/media outlets/people to connect with and pitch for partnerships
Skillset:
  • Sales-driven marketing experience
  • Ability to mimic If I Made’s aesthetic and the aesthetic of the experts we partner with
  • Use of all social media platforms and analytics for platforms
  • Previous experience in social media management
  • Previous experience on working in online course launches
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, and/or running an affiliate program
Qualifications:
  • Complete comfort working virtually 100% of the time. You do well working from home and have strong boundaries.
  • This role requires the ability to work cohesively within a team as well as independently, as you will own your entire project and hold yourself accountable to your timeline. You will also be receiving guidance, support, and ideas from our entire team.
  • You’re an organizational genius. We communicate with dozens of people on a monthly basis and our goal is to make every interaction with each of those individuals a happy one, which involves keeping detailed records and notes.
  • Knowledge of and interest in the online course industry.
  • Upbeat, resourceful self-starter able to work in a dynamic environment with limited oversight.
  • Extremely strong people skills… hopefully that’s been made clear by now!
